Return Policy

Return and Refund Policy

At ORLAVEY, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused and in its original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send an item back before your return request has been approved. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after approval.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or worn earrings cannot be returned. Personalised items, gift cards and products clearly marked as final sale are also non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, colour or size, please contact our customer support team. Exchange availability depends on current stock.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed or dispatched.
